Delete account

You can delete your account at any time. Everything you delete is gone. No fine print.

Warning:

Deleting your account is permanent. All your accounts, entries, goals, investments, and settings are removed. There's no getting it back afterward.

Deleting from the app

Open Calen and sign in to your account.
Go to Profile → Sign out → Delete account.
Confirm with your password.
Done. You'll get a confirmation email.

Deleting by email

If you can't access the app, email contato@usecalen.com.br with the subject "Delete my account" and the email address on your account.

We confirm your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What happens to your data

Session ends immediately.
Account marked for deletion.
Within 90 days, all personal data is removed from our servers.
Only what is strictly necessary for legal obligations may be retained.
